Rate includes, in addition to the overnight stay:

- Access to Hotel Ristorante Il Gabbiano, about 3 km away, and to its facilities: Outdoor swimming Pool, Bar, Restaurant and Pizzeria, Gym and Tennis court (upon reservation)

Rate does not include:
- City tax: 1€ per person per night, compulsory from age 14 (ONLY FOR THE FIRST 5 NIGHTS)
